Dorinda worked to ensure our home was marketed by staging, having several open houses and internet exposure. Dorinda is a fireplug who is full of energy and is able to get those around her to react positively to that energy. She is aware of what buyers are looking for in the market currently and how to get the most of that out of your property. If necessary she will round up friends, family, yours, hers, doesn't matter. Whatever is needed to get the job done. In my case my house sold the first day for more than asking price. Who could ask for anything more. She knew what trends were happening and how to achieve those but don't waste time or money on things that weren't trending. For me, my girlfriend and my children she had her husband and one of her good friends help us get ready for the open house. After negotiations were done she made sure I had the information I needed up to and into closing. I would recommend Dorinda to any and all of my friends and colleagues.
